Services

Cedar Visual Media provides video production services including but not limited to event videography, business videos, and brand storytelling.

Booking & Payment

A deposit is required to secure your project date. Full payment terms will be outlined in your proposal or agreement.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on timing and project scope.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide necessary information, access, and communication required to complete the project.

Delivery

Project timelines and delivery expectations will be communicated during the booking process.

Limitation of Liability

Cedar Visual Media is not liable for unforeseen circumstances that may impact production, including but not limited to weather, equipment issues, or third-party disruptions.

Communication

By providing your contact information, you agree to receive communication related to your inquiry, project, or services.

CEDAR VISUAL MEDIA SMS PROGRAM

Program operator: Soaring Six Holdings, LLC d/b/a Cedar Visual Media.

Program purpose: Non-marketing messages concerning inquiries, consultation appointments, confirmations, reminders, scheduling changes, project updates, and other service-related communications.

Required disclosures: Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Support is available at [email protected]. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Opting out of SMS does not prevent the client from using Cedar Visual Media's services or receiving necessary communication through other available channels. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. The Privacy Policy governs the handling of mobile information and SMS consent data. After opting out, you may rejoin the Cedar Visual Media SMS program by submitting the consultation form again and selecting the optional SMS-consent checkbox. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the Cedar Visual Media SMS program.
